Join a One 21 Trusted Circle
One 21 Trusted Circle uses consumer-initiated SMS keyword consent with final confirmation. A One 21 user may add your mobile number as a pending contact, but that does not enroll you or provide consent on your behalf.
You must send JOIN yourself from the same mobile number that was added as the pending Trusted Circle contact. One 21 will then ask you to reply Y. Enrollment is not complete until Y is received.
