SMS Terms of Service

Program description
One 21 Safety Trusted Circle is a non-promotional messaging program that provides consent confirmations, safety alerts initiated by a participating One 21 member, and limited service messages related to Trusted Circle participation.
How to opt in
Text JOIN to (701) 291-1710. One 21 will reply with the program disclosures and ask you to reply Y to confirm. Enrollment is complete only after Y is received. Adding a telephone number inside One 21 does not enroll that person and does not trigger an invitation message.
Open Messages to text JOINConsent and eligibility
By texting JOIN, you confirm that you control the telephone number used and agree to receive One 21 Trusted Circle safety and service messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be authorized to enroll the telephone number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on Trusted Circle activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms and charges apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or visit www.my121.org/sms-opt-in. After opting out, you must text JOIN and reply Y again to re-enroll.
Safety limitations
One 21 is not a 911 service, emergency dispatcher, law-enforcement agency, child-protection agency, or crisis hotline. Message delivery is not guaranteed. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Do not rely solely on a Trusted Circle message for emergency assistance.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Review the One 21 Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes to these terms
One 21 may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued participation after updated terms are published is subject to the revised terms, and additional consent will be requested when required by law.
